You can cancel for free 48 hours before your treatment. No shows and cancellation within the 48 hours before your appointment will be charged at 100% of the total treatment cost.
Please make me aware if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before. Any cancellation or change within 48 hours will result in the card used to book the appointment being charged.
Failure to pay the charge will result in you being unable to make future appointments at The Little Beauty Room until this is paid.
We kindly ask that all customers attending appointments at The Little Beauty Room please park on the driveway of Brookside House. There is ample space available, and using the driveway helps us avoid taking up limited parking in the village of Gleaston. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated by both us and the local residents.
